The executive double room offered ample space for a group, which was a bonus during our stay. Quick access to the bar area allowed for a nice evening relaxation after our day in the city.
Our initial impression took a hit when we discovered the room temperature was uncomfortably high, and it took a bit to sort out the radiator issue. The lack of basic supplies like toilet paper in the bathroom felt a bit off for a place of this standard. Upon returning to our room late at night, we found the bed made up without a bottom sheet, leaving us with no choice but to improvise with the top sheet, which was frustrating after a long day. The bedding, although fresh, sported some stains that were disappointing. While our friends had a smoother experience, it cast a shadow on our stay.

Had a great time overall. The atmosphere was lively, and the steak pie I devoured was top-notch, though it could've used more gravy. The place is recently revamped, so it's got that fresh vibe going on! The clean rooms were a definite plus for winding down after a day out.
Felt to be welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

Couple's getaway, mostly solid
We had a nice stay, the bed was comfy and breakfast was really good. The staff were excellent, friendly too, made us feel welcome. It was one of those mornings where you just wanted a good coffee and a breakfast to start the day right and they delivered, you know?
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it seemed acceptable.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in a family room. The kids loved exploring Dunfermline, and we even caught some live music while dining. The staff were friendly, making our mealtime a delight with great food.
My kids wished the bar had family-friendly hours for karaoke. It was often too crowded, and we struggled to find an option that worked for everyone.

Great location and friendly staff
We stayed for a wedding and the location is perfect, right across from the Pavilion! The room was decent and had a big bathroom, which was nice. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was yummy, especially the veggie options. Just wished there was food available late 'cause we ended up going hungry after the karaoke.
